Das hässliche Entlein
| Once upon a mother duck just the eggs hatched. It was exactly seven eggs in their nest and the mother duck is looking forward to their offspring. One day it finally happened and full of beans from the eggs escaped from six ducklings. They were all wonderful and provided with a yellow, delicate feather fluff. Only the seventh egg was still intact in their nest. It was larger than the other eggs and so the mother duck and thought about it, she could not remember when she had actually set? Just as the mother duck had once again dealt with these thoughts, we broke the last egg and out came a gray ducklings that his mother looked surprised. The days passed quickly. The six ducks children grew up fast and learn something new every day. Only the last and seventh duckling made her worry. It was not just awkward and clumsy, but also still very ugly. The animals on the farm mocked the gray duckling nobody wanted to play with him. Also, the mother duck and it caused great concern sad they wailed: ".. All my kids are so cute and clever, only the last duckling has fallen so ugly nobody wants anything to do with him and even the other animals avoid it" Nevertheless, had the mother duck and duckling of this very sweet and so she tried it again and again to comfort her. Then she spoke to him and asked it sad "? My poor little duck, why did not you like your brothers and sisters Why can not you be like them" But on this question, no one knew the answer. Neither the sisters nor the mother, and certainly not the ugly duckling itself was also the little ugly duckling did not miss it it was different from his siblings and nobody wanted to do on the farm to do with him. It felt lonely, sad and left alone. At night, when his brothers and all the other animals were sleeping peacefully on the farm, the little duckling wept secretly to himself, and could not sleep. The weeks and months passed and his loneliness was also larger as the ridicule of the other animals on the farm. One morning, the little duckling had once again been crying all night, it was decided to simply run away. It could stand the ridicule and malice of the other not. slept on the farm or the animals and the little ducklings went on his way. It was not long before it reached after some time a small pond, on the straight and proudly raised two swans were swimming. As much as the little ducklings had desired, but also the two swans did not answer it, why it was so ugly? Sadly, it waddled on, during his two swans another warning from the hunters along the way said they had based just around the waters in the early morning position. Sadly, it waddled on and soon reached a lake. The sun was now already a little higher, birds chirping and some deer on the banks eyeing suspiciously the ugly duckling. Lakeside asked the little ducklings all animals, whether they have ever had heard of a little duckling with gray feathers? But where there are also asked all the duckling gave the same answer: "No, we have never heard of it and have never seen a duckling, the ugly was than you! "There were rolling down the little ducks child a couple of big tears his face went down and sad, sobbing on it until it finally reached the little house of an old peasant woman. She was old already very much and her eyes were no longer the best and so it was not surprising that the old woman held the little duckling to a goose As she reached for the duckling, "she murmured softly to himself, and said to himself." Hmm, goose eggs are a bit fine. At best, I like locking up once in a cage. "From now on, every morning the old farmer's wife came to the duckling to nachzuschauen whether it had been freshly laid goose eggs. But so often the old Farmer nachschaute also just put the little duckling no eggs. Even the other animals on the small farm was not lost on the new host. The chicken farmer of the little duckling warned and says, "only to the vision you finally lay eggs, otherwise the old woman might even kill you in the end and you land as a goose on her lunch!" The domestic cat hissing reviled enemy: "I hope you land soon in the roasting tube, because something ugly I've come before!" Since the little duckling was certainly fear and worry your heart, especially since the old man had started the last few days, to fatten, so it would be thick, big and bold. Doch so sehr es hier auch geschützt war, every day a little more painful loneliness and sad he said to himself: "If you love me already will have no one, I just stay here in my hiding place, where you can do to me nothing less". So passed the days and weeks and our little duckling had finally found some peace. On a glorious late summer day enjoying the little duckling the last warming rays of the sun and looked to the sky, where just saw a flock of white birds pass majestic. With their yellow beaks and long small necks, they looked beautiful and the little duckling sighed sadly: "Once, just once I would like to be so beautiful! Then I have also determined all of the animals once loving right!" Full of longing and melancholy, it looked to the proud and noble birds until they had disappeared on the distant horizon. While the little duckling often had to think of the proud birds, the days passed and the food was always less in the reeds. The winter had come over the country and one morning the lake is frozen over with the reeds. Sad, lonely and hungry left the little ducklings are hiding to look for food. But now it was by the long-lasted hunger so weakened that it undermined and fell to the ground in Snow was lying there. But it was lucky! Shortly thereafter, a farmer came by and when he found the poor, starving animal, he had compassion and said: ".! You'll take me You're already half-frozen, and my kids are determined up feeding ourselves up and look forward to you" Shortly after, the good man put the little duckling already in his pocket and took it home with you. The children of the farmer takes good care about the little ducklings and were happy with each day anew, as they saw how the duckling slowly regaining his strength came and grew. Well cared for, fed and in the heat of the farm was the duckling survive the winter. In the spring was The duckling has already become so large that the farmer brought it back into the reeds. Happy and satisfied, it jumped with joy into the water and spread his wings. It enjoyed the warm spring rays of the sun and his head was full of high spirits in the clear water of the lake. When she lifted her head again and looked at the water, it paused in astonishment: "Am I then really why I have so changed?" For what the formerly small, ugly duckling now seeing the mirror image of itself was the mirror image of a proud and beautiful swan! It did not take long and the swans from the South returned to their beloved lake. Shy and still a little apprehensive approaching the little ducklings to swans and saw this as the little ducklings, they took it into their midst and said: "We are swans and you are one of us Where you have only in all the time! been? " With large astonished but happy eyes of the young swan looked at his new companion and muttered, "This is a long and exciting history!" were from that day on, the young swan was swimming with all the other swans at the lake and was very happy and the children who had nursed him in the winter so loving one day suddenly the lake and called joyfully: "Look, just look where is our little swan you see just how beautiful it has become He is truly the most beautiful of all!" |
